1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using PlayTest ID services, you warrant that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
2. Description of Services
PlayTest ID is a platform that connects Android app developers with testers to meet Google Play Closed Testing requirements. We provide:
- Testing campaign management system
- Matching developers with relevant testers
- Reward and payment system
- Technical support and guidance
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Promptly reporting unauthorized use to us
4. Developer Obligations
- Only promoting apps you own or have permission to promote
- Paying service fees according to the selected package
- Not using the platform for fraudulent purposes
- Complying with Google Play Developer Program Policies
5. Tester Obligations
- Following missions honestly and earnestly
- Not using fake Google accounts or bot accounts
- Providing authentic and unbiased reviews
- Not sharing app access with third parties
6. Payments & Rewards
Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. Tester rewards will be disbursed in accordance with applicable terms. PlayTest ID is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
PlayTest ID is not liable for indirect, incidental damages, or lost profits arising from platform use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or competent courts in Indonesia.
